While additional warranty can be provided per job specifications, our typical warranty timelines are as follows:

1 Year Labour and Materials Coverage: This one-year warranty addresses defects attributed to the materials or labour used to build a new home, such as flooring or fixtures. Coverage applies to single-family homes and multi-family units or common property. 

2 Year Distribution System Coverage: This two-year warranty protects new homes from material or labour defects related to electrical, heating, and plumbing systems. Coverage applies to single-family homes, multi-family units, and select multi-family common properties.

5 Year Building Envelope Coverage: This five-year warranty protects new homes from defects in the building envelope. This includes components that serve to separate the controlled interior air of your home from the exterior, such as the roof, windows, and exterior walls. Coverage applies to single-family homes and multi-family common property. 

10 Year Structural Integrity Coverage: This expansive, 10-year warranty protects new homes from material and labour defects that prohibit the homeowner from safely occupying the home. This includes structural damage caused by a faulty foundation and/or framing.
